Oapse NORTHEAST Scholarship
One of the benefits of being an OAPSE member is the opportunity to apply for $1,000 scholarship for college.
The OAPSE/AFSCME Memorial Scholarship Committee awards one scholarship bi-annually to an eligible high school student whose children or legal guardians of OAPSE members in good standing.
